You'll learn:

  • Sensory aspects of espresso extraction
  • Key elements of health and safety
  • Basic business practices

**Please note that our scheduling function shows this class as 8 hours in duration (one day). We will actually meet for 7 hours each day, three consecutive days (breaking for lunch from 12-1 PM). Click "Book Now" and choose May 9 or August 30 on the calendar to reserve your spot for all three days.

Testing: Testing takes place on the third day of this course. A written exam tests Intermediate course knowledge, and a practical exam assesses the learner’s ability in terms of grinder calibration, espresso extraction analysis, latte art skills and drink construction.

SCA testing fees are included.
