The SCA Introduction to Coffee course is the perfect starting point for anyone new to specialty coffee. We'll trace coffee's journey from its origins in Africa to its role as a global commodity today.
You'll learn:

This interactive course also includes a cupping, an industry-standard approach for evaluating coffee by smell and taste. There is an online written exam administered upon the completion of the course for those who would like to achieve a Specialty Coffee Association certificate.
